While I understand the idea behind this, I can’t completely agree that accepting you weaknesses means you’ve reached the end of your self-development. Without accepting your weaknesses, you will have a distorted view of yourself and you won’t have the right motivation to improve. Hence, I think accepting your weaknesses is actually the first step to many things, including consistent progress.
